We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fragrance, please note the following:

Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. Eau de parfums can not be refunded once opened since it is a cosmetic and adheres to anti-tampering safety standards . We can accept return products if the item is damaged or the wrong product arrives. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return if the fragrance is not to the liking of the client. To avoid purchasing a fragrance that is not appreciated, you can test the fragrances prior to ordering with the purchase of a Discovery Set that includes samples of all of the current eau de parfums. The expense of the Discovery Set is fully reimbursed with the purchase of a 50ml bottle of eau de parfum. Purchase of a 10ml roller size eau de parfum is not entitled to the Discovery Set cost reimbursement.
Refunds: The terms above apply in order to request a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ciao@sourceadage.it with photos of the packaging and product. The photos are required by the courier companies to process claims.
